An improved set of crosshairs can assist your ability to target foes, especially if you’ve removed the on-screen weapon model (see the autoexec section). Thanks to some enterprising Half-Life gamers, a number of crosshair sets are available on the Internet. We like Radium’s crosshairs (pictured below) which offer a nice light-green color and improve the magnum scope, at least slightly. Simply insert the crosshairs.spr file into your sprites folder and your new crosshairs will be in place. Remove the file to restore your original set of crosshairs.
